Red is for... Warp

Several months ago my life improved immensely & unexpectedly when I learned of a cognitive shuffling technique for falling asleep from Dr. Neff on the Divergent Conversations podcast. I’ve suffered from various levels of sleep issues since childhood & tried tons of things. For whatever reason, this one actually worked, often not even getting 3 letters in before falling asleep. UNHEARD OF in my life previously. (Moving our bedroom to the basement was also a huge factor in my sleep improvement due to the added darkness.) Just in time for perimenopause to start creeping in & effing it all up again eh?

Anyway, R words were swirling in my head while finishing these pieces so here’s the Red is for… Warp.  Red is for rage. Restoration. Regulation. Reducing, reusing, recycling. Recovery. Reporting.
