Collection: Georgia Warp

For the past few years I've been a part of a wonderful little weaving group, an offshoot of LAFTA, spearheaded by the talented Amy Sloboda. As a challenge project she gave us each a rather dull gradient yarn she had an excess of she didn't want. Our job was to do something fun with it. This warp is my result. Roughly ¼ of the warp is that yarn (unmarked but we believe mostly cotton with a bit of polyamide), some bright white cotton and a different gradient cotton in a pink-coral. It reminds me of Georgia O’Keeffe, hence the name. The Georgia Warp, three scarves and three cowls.
